Dr. Lena Madesin Phillips, an American lawyer, founded International Federation of Business and Professional Women (IFBPW) also known as BPW International.

Your untiring efforts influenced almost all the resolutions of the General Assembly and its subsidiary bodies which affect the status of women.”
